The Quai des Pêcheurs district is one of the liveliest districts in Strasbourg. It has several places to spend the day in the sun, terraces, restaurants and bars, all within a few minutes walk.
From a tourist point of view, it is 10 minutes on foot from the Cathedral, 15 minutes from the Petite France district and 20 minutes from the European institutions.
You will find all the local shops a few steps away, for example a bakery open since the 12th century (on the Place Saint-Guillaume, at the corner with the quay) which makes one of the best kouglopf in Strasbourg !
